Squarespace
No brainer, right? But seriously, I started designing websites in design school in about 2008 from a blank page and writing the code myself. Then I moved on to WordPress and designed with that service for years. I've recently switched to Squarespace and I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. They are beautiful to look at and easy to maintain. Another thing to LOVE about Squarespace is their amazeballs customer service. Shine Pages is a relatively new website building platform. I actually found it because an artist client of mine asked me to create two websites for her on it. I have found that so many of the things she teaches about business building and marketing are such a part of my DNA now, it's like I've always known them. Bonnie Christine's Surface Pattern Design Immersion
I graduated from art school with a degree in graphic design, but I learned more about how to use Adobe Illustrator from Bonnie Forkner of Going Home To Roost than I ever learned in school.
